Description
The ACT consists of four tests: English, math, reading and science. ACT scores are used by post secondary institutions as part of the process for determining if students will be admitted. In North Carolina, a score of 17 is the statewide cutoff for being considered "college ready" and is the minimum requirement for enrollment in the UNC system. This shows the percentage of students who scored 17 or higher on the ACT for Asheville City and Buncombe County Schools.
